Totally false advertising. Not one retailer I can find has it. Not target,walmart , best buy or b & n. Completely disappointed. Imagine how higher it may chart if it were available. Have to say it….LOL….verve Really screwed up.
I have to agree with “Ten’s” comments above. I went to three different Walmart’s (which goes against my basic principles to begin with), plus Target, Barnes & Noble, and Best Buy. And nobody has this CD on the shelves. Very disappointing, but not unusual when it comes to a Donna Summer CD. In addition, the release is a cheap digipak w/o a booklet. Really, no jewel case?
The album itself is wonderful and I think Verve did a great job promoting it’s release online. But it’s a shame we didn’t get a nicer package and better product availability. Why not release the Deluxe Edition through TARGET® like Verve did for Mary J. Blige?
That said, I absolutely love the CD. I just wish they would have done more.
