  1. Wheres The feedback?

  2. I think we’re all stunned at how appalling this remix is … let’s hope it’s not a reflection of the rest of the album. We’ll all buy it and my personal hope is that the remaining remixes have more in common with the LIIC and LTLYB mixes that we’ve heard. XpS

  3. Not a big fan of this mix – way too dub, way too clever and not for a hardcore Donna Summer fan or a casual listener. In a dark underground club, maybe, on a major release pop album, definitely not. I am however looking forward to the album – and particularly keen to hear a reworked ‘Midnight Shift’.

  4. My thoughts reflect the other posts on this remix – I was not at all impressed and definitely hope it does not reflect what the rest of the album will sound like. I’ve loved what I’ve heard with LIIC and LTLYB but this one…should have been left out. It does nothing to further the life of the song at all.

  5. Hopefully the only skip-to-next-track from the compilation.

  6. I agree that this is not really a fan’s remix. However, after reading your comments, I decided to listen with an open mind and do like it for what it is. I continue to look forward to the album!

  7. How they could take something so beautiful, and reduce it to this self-indulgent piece of tripe…and then include it on an album that is meant to be a tribute to our Queen…not impressed. When I heard the remix of Love Is In Control, I was SO excited about this album as that one is stunning ! This one is just awful 🙁

  8. I agree with everyone here. I’m really enjoying the remixed tracks especially Hot Stuff!!! For more reasons the one. Im especially excited BECAUSE…. This means club play which equals chart noise which equals NEW ears which equals NEW fans!!! Maybe even opening doors to unreleased material. Before we bash this project, lets look on the bright side. We’ll always cherish the classics but let’s embrace the new mixes. Well… Except On the Radio… That was awful, lol!!!!

    Happy Thursday!

  9. I am taking some of my first impression thoughts back. I am liking this one a little more each time. I think it was just such a shock to the ears. I think the young kids will like it and whatever gets Donna the recognition she deserves, I am fine with.

  11. Interesting mix. I like it a lot except that I think Donna’s vocals need to be brought more forward and more emphasized. I do like the music.
