May 17, 2014 marks the two year anniversary of our beloved Donna Summer’s passing and I wanted to ask for all of us to have a moment of silence at 9am this morning to reflect on what Donna meant to all of us, her music, giving spirit and her wonderful transformation from “Queen of Disco” to a musical super star. Donna loved her fans and went way beyond class when it came to the way she corresponded with us. For all of us it is still hard to imagine that she is no longer with us and that we will never again anxiously await a new CD or a new song, but maybe in the future we will get some sort of treasure that I’m sure Donna left to us. As we remember Donna lets also keep Bruce, Amanda, Brooklyn and Mimi in our prayers as this has got to be a rough time for them as well. Donna we miss you and love you eternally!

Spent the day reflecting about her, rewatching Live and. More Encore, and playing several albums. Miss her greatly. Wish there was a release on the way. That would be awesome! It’s time to bring back the music.
Donna Summer we all love and miss you. But your music will remain in your hearts forever. I know that God is watching over you in heaven.
