Returns

We will reply to your request within 24 hours of receipt with your return instructions. Returns must arrive within 7 days of customer receipt of merchandise. No returns are accepted or credited after 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Tags must be attached and items must be in original condition to be eligible for credit. Postage to re-sip items are paid by customer. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been lost in transit.
There is no refund on shipping fees. If you return an item that has qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
There will be a $5 restocking fee on all items.
